By enrolling a in GoalKick Football Academy, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Football is a contact sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. While GoalKick Football Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe training environment, the Academy—including its coaches, staff, and players—shall not be held liable for any injuries or loss of personal property that may occur during training sessions, regardless of the cause.
Parents and guardians are advised to arrange appropriate personal insurance coverage for their child to cover any sports-related injuries.
In the event of a medical emergency where parents or guardians cannot be contacted, GoalKick Football Academy is authorised to seek medical assistance for the child. Any medical expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
GoalKick Football Academy reserves the right to use any photographs or video recordings taken during training sessions and matches for publicity or promotional purposes, both locally and internationally.
